Is this too much make-up for a 13 year old?

I wear concealer, powder to cover blemishes and give my face a matte look, lipgloss, nude shadow, a lot of clear mascara and eyeliner inside of the top lashes. The eyeliner makes my lashes fuller w/out the eyeliner being seen. I only use this make up for special occasions.

If your looking for an inexpensive, not cheap, electrician to install your product then you should go to lowes, home depot, best buy, or sears. I've found the appliance installers at big box stores to be the least expensive, and more accessible when it comes to scheduling.

No. We use cinderblock in some of the raised beds in our organic community garden and they are fine.

Best place to go during a tornado?

eastern south carolina has a 70% chance of seeing tornados today, i have never seen a tornado so i have no idea what its like. my living room, my bedrooms, my patio and my bathroom have windows and the 2 closets have shelves so there is no room to fit in them. where would be the best place to go? my house is cinder block. the window in the bathroom is not like the windows in the rest of the house, i dont know what its called but it lets light in but you cant see in or out of it.

Ebay nightmare, buyer scamming me and ebay not helping, what can I do?

I placed three items for bid for the first time ever--for each item, I was scammed by the individual buyers, 1 from Fresno, 1 from Florida and 1 from Australia. I received three emails stating payment was sent to paypal. No record of payment has been received by paypal. I forwarded the emails to both ebay and paypal. Both confirmed the emails were spoofs or phishing. Yet, I cannot get ebay to rectify the problem by dealing with the false buyers. Two of the buyers have agreed to end bid after they realized I caught onto their scam. The one from Australia refuses to cancel the transaction. The ebay operators do not seem to understand English and they provide little help. Anyone have suggestions what else I can do at this point to keep my record clean and to end once and for all my selling nightmare?

How should I store my motorcycle at my garageless house?

I want to stay on a reasonable budget, I have see the Cycle Shells and they look perfect but they are a bit costly, Also I have nothing but grass to work with unless I park it on the street. I have Considered burying a cinder block in the dirt and using a motorcycle cover but I am hoping to come up with something a little more convinient. Has anbody constructed a small deck with a tarp attatched to one side or have any other suggestions for quick easy daily storage of my bike. I have access to a garage for winter so thats not a concern but all input is appreciated. Thanks
