Things for a couple to do over summer?

I have read all the romantic ones and that but we started off as best friends and still enjoy normal things together as well as romantic things to do. Is there anything that any couples do together that doesn't involve stars (i have cinder-phobia) or sunsets/sunrises?? Much appreciated.
