Ebay nightmare, buyer scamming me and ebay not helping, what can I do?

I placed three items for bid for the first time ever--for each item, I was scammed by the individual buyers, 1 from Fresno, 1 from Florida and 1 from Australia. I received three emails stating payment was sent to paypal. No record of payment has been received by paypal. I forwarded the emails to both ebay and paypal. Both confirmed the emails were spoofs or phishing. Yet, I cannot get ebay to rectify the problem by dealing with the false buyers. Two of the buyers have agreed to end bid after they realized I caught onto their scam. The one from Australia refuses to cancel the transaction. The ebay operators do not seem to understand English and they provide little help. How Do I Handle 11-Month Old Chihuahua Aggression?

I have been very consistent in training my chihuahua, who is now currently 11 months old and 9 lbs. He has been with me since 12-weeks and was neutered as a young puppy as he had started to exhibit certain behaviours (humping objects, etc) that led it to be advised. He is crate trained, potty trained, social and friendly in the dog park, but has exhibited aggressive behaviours from time to time. He is not allowed on the furniture, is made to wait for humans to enter doors first, and must sit or do other tricks to be rewarded or served his food. However, his aggression has been most seen around food, guarding his crate, guarding me, or when people pet him. Before, he would always want attention from others, but now he will be comfortable receiving a pet but then suddenly turns and snaps, warding off whoever is petting him. My boyfriend, who lives with us, is the most frequent victim. This past weekend, after getting picked up from the train station, I was sitting with my mother and the dog in the back seat of the car. She was petting and he suddenly tensed up and tried to bite her. Prior, he had always been very calm and well behaved in the car. On another occasion, while sitting on my boyfriend's lap in the car, my boyfriend was holding him and moved his hands slightly and the dog began to growl. I'd don't know if this is fear based or territorial. But the behaviour is very fickle and changes quickly. He will be accepting one minute, then suddenly tense and upset. He has been examined recently with a good bill of health. This behaviour is never exhibited towards me. After he lashes out, he instantly gets embarrassed, will lower his head in submission, and know that he has done something wrong. But he will still possibly lash out if anyone is in his space. I'm worried as this behaviour is new, as in the past few weeks, and I want to nip it in the bud. In regards to his aggression in the crate, I've had my boyfriend casually drop treats into the crate when the dog is resting inside, and speaking kindly to him. This is slowly improving and he is more accepting of people's presence near his crate. However, the other moments when he snaps are concerning me. If anyone has any advice-- please let me know. I have also been seeing a behaviorist to assist, but wanted to gather additional feedback.

I can't put my dog out for more than ten minutes without watching him or else he digs out of my back yard. My cat eats and drinks but gags?

My cat is eating and drinking, so I don't think there's anything that serious going on. However, he occasionally gags throughout the day. I think it's just a hairball, but he's currently hiding under a corner table. He's been walking slower and is keeping his tail tightly wrapped around him. I do have a new cat, who's a kitten, and he's been adding a lot of stress to the other 2 cats that I have. The other 2 cats are both around 13 years old. Also, when he's sitting down and some one sits next to him, he sometimes randomly lashes out at them. He's still semi active in the sense of that he will move around and jump up, but the entire thing seems kind of forced. All the time, he keeps his tail tightly around him, though. Right so here it goes, i recently wore individual eyelashes which were professionally put on. But when they eventually fell out they took most of my own lashes with them. How many BTU should a furnace have to heat a 1000 sq ft non insulated cinder block building?

So I have a garage that is about 1000 sq ft (I know it's large for a garage). So anyways I was wondering how many BTU a furnace would have to be to heat this garage. It has cinder block walls that are not insulated and a roof that is also not insulated(but easily able to insulate). It's also not very tall (about 10ft to roof). I'm not looking to heat this thing all the time(that would waste a lot of energy) but I do want to be able to turn a furnace on and be able to comfortably heat the garage for a few hours(or how ever long I happen to be out there fixing something). How to keep a cinder block apartment warm in winter!?

My best friend and I are moving into a small, out-of-college-dorms- apartment that unfortunately has cinder block walls that are painted white. I've read reviews about the apartment complex & the biggest complaint was the insulation. I move in next month but I want to be prepared. I don't want a high heating bill because I'm only a student! I was wondering if there is any CHEAP ways to insulate a cinder block apartment? Also I wanna know what the recommendation is for temps to keep the thermostat at so keep the bill low. For my eagle project I am redoing a trail near my house. To do this i need to put in new benches. There are five benches there and three of them are made of concrete. How Do I Handle 11-Month Old Chihuahua Aggression?

I have been very consistent in training my chihuahua, who is now currently 11 months old and 9 lbs. He has been with me since 12-weeks and was neutered as a young puppy as he had started to exhibit certain behaviours (humping objects, etc) that led it to be advised. He is crate trained, potty trained, social and friendly in the dog park, but has exhibited aggressive behaviours from time to time. He is not allowed on the furniture, is made to wait for humans to enter doors first, and must sit or do other tricks to be rewarded or served his food. However, his aggression has been most seen around food, guarding his crate, guarding me, or when people pet him. Before, he would always want attention from others, but now he will be comfortable receiving a pet but then suddenly turns and snaps, warding off whoever is petting him. My boyfriend, who lives with us, is the most frequent victim. This past weekend, after getting picked up from the train station, I was sitting with my mother and the dog in the back seat of the car. She was petting and he suddenly tensed up and tried to bite her. Prior, he had always been very calm and well behaved in the car. On another occasion, while sitting on my boyfriend's lap in the car, my boyfriend was holding him and moved his hands slightly and the dog began to growl. I'd don't know if this is fear based or territorial. But the behaviour is very fickle and changes quickly. He will be accepting one minute, then suddenly tense and upset. He has been examined recently with a good bill of health. This behaviour is never exhibited towards me. After he lashes out, he instantly gets embarrassed, will lower his head in submission, and know that he has done something wrong. But he will still possibly lash out if anyone is in his space. I'm worried as this behaviour is new, as in the past few weeks, and I want to nip it in the bud. In regards to his aggression in the crate, I've had my boyfriend casually drop treats into the crate when the dog is resting inside, and speaking kindly to him. This is slowly improving and he is more accepting of people's presence near his crate. However, the other moments when he snaps are concerning me. If anyone has any advice-- please let me know. I have also been seeing a behaviorist to assist, but wanted to gather additional feedback.

Cheap carpet vs. vinyl tile?

I am completing my cottage on a shoestring budget. It is 700 sf and cinder block construction on a block (not slab) foundation. It consists of a large, open living/dining/kitchen area and a small bedroom, bathroom and furnace/storage room. I am at the final stage, which is flooring. Due to the fact that the home previously had old linoleum, I peeled up as much as I could but was unable to get a few sections off. The subfloor is also plywood laid right on top of the joists, so ceramic is out of the question. My last two options are cheap carpet throughout the main room and bedroom with vinyl tile in the bathroom and storage room, or to do the whole place in a not horrible looking vinyl tile. The house will not be occupied in the winter...will that affect the durability of the vinyl tile or carpet that I choose?

i can tell you a trick i've tried with the liner.. you line it from the outer corner of your eye to the middle and stop don't go all the way and at the outer corner of the eye color in the crease to give it a cat eye effect not too bold because you want it to look nice but not noticeable because it already makes the difference. when applying the mascara don't dig all the way into the lash just brush them from the root upward giving them definition but not gloppy ( i see that a lot) that's a look it like to do you can try some looks before school and get a feel of what you like. hope you consider my idea ha ha good luck!! :)

What happened to me after i fell off my horse?

Me and my friend were ridding her horse. Well her horse took off and he wouldnt stop. He was going like... as fast as a quarter horse can run when the saddle fell to the side cause it wasnt tight enough. Me and my friend fell off. How to remove excess mortar from the cinder block wall i just installed?

I got done putting up my retaining wall about two weeks ago. In some places around the joints there is left over dried mortar. Is there any way to remove this, I have already tried a wire brush and a rub brick without much improvement other then taking away the textured look, its a cinder block wall so all the little nook and cranny's are filled with the mortar. would an acid solution work because i have read it can ruin the block itself. How long do you ladies take to do your makeup?

I take about 15 minutes for doing my makeup. First, I wash my face and put on moisterizer and chapstick. Then, I start putting on some eye primer, and then slowly move on to my face primer. Then, I start concealing my dark circles, and any blemishes that I have. After that, I put on some foundation. I like to put on my powder right after. Then, I put on some blush on my upper cheek. Next, I suck in the cheeks and apply my bronser. After i'm all done with my face makeup, I move onto my eye makeup. First I apply eyeshadow. & this takes alot of time. I like to have everything even and smoothen out. That's why I take my time and use different brushes for different things. After the eyeshadow, I do my eyeliner. I always put pencil eyeliner on my top and bottom lid first . After that, I put on liquid eyeliner or gel eyeliner on my top lid, on top of the pencil eyeliner. I like to switch up the types of eyeliner I use each day. So one day, I might be wearing liquid eyeliner, and the next, I might be wearing gel eyeliner. Then, I fill in my eyebrows. After that, I like to curl my eyelashes and put on eyelash primer. While the primer is drying, I like to use my eyelash brush and brush out any clumps of primer. Then, I apply mascara and then brush it out when its drying. After that is all done, I apply some lipliner. Then slower fill it in some a little bit of lipstick. After that, the lipstick makes my lips a little dry, so I add some lipgloss on it. & then there I go. I'm ready to head out. Hope I helped.! :).

I'm starting to get more involved in changing my whole style and one thing is the make-up thing. I'm African American but my skin tone is light skinned. Am I hearing my neighbors?

Have roughly $2,000 to upgrade/insulate 1959 Florida home. What is the best route?

The windows are all single pane but we would obviously not have enough money to change them all. There are two ancient sliders that are not even safety glass but would it make a difference to spend the money there? Would it make sense to change some of the windows or just the sliding glass doors? I was also contemplating an attic fan as it is cheap and I could install that myself. I would not attempt the window or slider install myself. The other option is attic insulation upgrade. It is a 2,000 sf cinder block house with a low roof line. The current A/C is a 5.7 seer unit so the less I can run it the better. I have weather stripped around the doors and windows already. Just looking for advice or information from people that have done one thing or the other and how it helped the A/C bill. I need to make back my investment over a period of time. Replacing old brick cap with new concrete cap. Mortar, adhesive or mixture?

I just tore out old bricks from a small cinder block wall in my backyard. I am replacing with 8"W x 24"L cement caps (http://www.stepstoneinc.com/photos.htm). The brick removal left behind chips and dips in the cinder blocks. 1st, will mortar work for the new adhesion? 2nd, if so, does it make sense to just use the mortar as a buffer to level out the height differences in the banged up cinder block while installing the new caps? If mortar is not a good way to go in buffering the banged up cinder block tops, what is?
