What is that (possibly british) tv/comedy show where everyones running around and there is really weird music?

It's like some sketch show possibly biritsh. I know the show is named after the guy, his first and last name. Family Guy has done numerous spoofs of this show. Usually Stewie will say, "let's have a sexy party." and then a bunch of scantily clad women run out and run around the room aimlessly being chased by Stewie, or on the actual show they are chased by some old man for which the show is named after. What is it called???
