E-mail spoofing to business and personal?

My e-mail account has been sending out e-mail that I did not send. Some of my business customers are upset. I contacted Norton 360 and got four different answers/solutions. One which was to change my password, I did. I still have a virus in my e-mail and it's still sending spoofs to my contacts. What can I do??
