Can anyone give me the link to the comic strip with the legendary dogs from pokemon (see description)?

Its the spoof where the trainer tries to catch them (mainly Entei) and puts them to sleep but they still run away while they are sleeping all the while having drool flying out of their mouth. I saw it on a website that it did not originate from and i'd like to find out where it came from.
