Need to call wife in the states from Germany... But free?

Well i wanted to do that so i searched google & asked some questions here in Yahoo! Answers.Finally i recognized that you cannot make free calls .But you can make cheaper calls by buying Skype or Yahoo! credit :-) Good Luck!
