Question for guys, why is my fwb acting like this?

Sounds like he's either crazy, or really does want a relationship and is lying about not wanting one. You may need to talk it over with him. He also shouldn't lash out for you not noticing him if you weren't even facing his direction, in my opinion. Good luck.
