What happened to me after i fell off my horse?

Me and my friend were ridding her horse. Well her horse took off and he wouldnt stop. He was going like... as fast as a quarter horse can run when the saddle fell to the side cause it wasnt tight enough. Me and my friend fell off. When i fell i hit the ground really hard (it was like a dirt trail with lots of cinders in it) i think i fell on my arm. Cause i have a huge sore on my arm. I also have lots of scratches on my other arm, and on my hip, and my leg is real sore with lots of bruises on it. I think i hit my head to. cause it has a few scratches on it. But i didnt hit it hard. But after i fell off, i couldnt walk very well cause of my leg, so my friend was helping me walk. Well it was a couple minuts after i fell off, when i was walking, everything went a weird color. Like i started seing gold glittery looking stuff everywhere. And my body went numb. And i couldnt breath very well. I was trying really hard to breath, i was trying really hard to get air down but it was really hard. And it felt like i wasnt getting any air. It was scary. After like one or two minuts breathing got a little better. So i didnt go to the doctor or anything. This was almost a week ago. Im fine now. But im just wondering what happened? Why was it hard to breath?
