Where can i get some horse jumps that don't have prices through the roof?

I need some horse jumps to start jumping with my horses..cinder blocks, buckets and boards are not really working. Is it cheaper to buy or build them? Im only 13 so i cant really buy them myself or build them but my dad said he will depending on which is cheaper.
